Qiyun Zhongtian ZTD series module dust sensor can measure the dust pollution ratio of photovoltaic modules online. It has the advantages of high cost performance, good stability and flexible deployment. It provides a data base for formulating efficient, low-cost and highly adaptable cleaning solutions for intelligent photovoltaic operation and maintenance, and improves the efficiency of photovoltaic operation and maintenance.
Definition of dust deposition pollution ratio: According to IEC61724-1:2021 (Performance of photovoltaic systems Part 1: Monitoring) International standard definition, PV module ash deposition pollution ratio (Soiling Ratio, SR) represents the cleanliness of the photovoltaic module, indicating the ratio of the * high power of the dusty photovoltaic module to the theoretical * high power of the photovoltaic module without dust shielding or the ratio of the short circuit current of the dusty photovoltaic module to the theoretical short circuit current of the photovoltaic module without dust shielding. The range of SR is 0-100%. When SR=100%, it indicates that the photovoltaic module is clean; when SR< 100%, it indicates that the photovoltaic module has dust deposition. The smaller the SR, the more dust deposition, the greater the power loss.

The installation position of the ZTD series photovoltaic module ash sensor should be convenient for regular maintenance. There are three main installation methods.
(1) Mounted on one side of PV module panel by fixture, maintaining the same inclination angle and orientation as PV module. To keep the dust sensor and PV module in the same dust state, it is necessary to clean the dust sensor simultaneously while cleaning the PV module.
(2) Install it on the vertical pole (such as the automatic weather station bracket) through the fixture and adjust it to the appropriate inclination angle and orientation. According to the actual use purpose, keep the same dust accumulation state as the research target, and synchronize the cleaning process.
(3) Fixed directly on the photovoltaic bracket, maintaining the same inclination angle and orientation as the photovoltaic module. To keep the dust sensor and PV module in the same dust state, it is necessary to clean the dust sensor simultaneously while cleaning the PV module.
