    Overview
    The ZTP-11 pyranometer is a thermopile radiometer designed for measuring hemisphere short-wave irradiance on earth surface (Radiant flux, W/m2) above the instrument. It meets ISO9060: 2018 “Fast response and spectrally flat pyranometer with class A” standard and traceable to World Radiometric Reference (WRR) at World Radiation Center (WRC).
    The pyranometer is suitable for scientific research that requires high precision and stability, meteorology monitoring, and power prediction in photovoltaic power plants et al.

    Applications
    Thermopile pyranometers are frequently used in meteorology, climatology, climate change research, building engineering physics and in photovoltaic systems.
    They are usually installed horizontally in meteorological stations and typically mounted in the ‘plane of array’ (with the sensor surface parallel to the solar panel) when used for monitoring of photovoltaic systems. For the solar energy industry, the ZTP-11 pyranometer meet the IEC 61724-1:2021 Class A standard.
